Now accepting new patients in 40+ states
Licensed Psychologists
Your evaluation is conducted and signed by a licensed Clinical Psychologist — not a coach, an algorithm, or a checklist. The result is a formal medical document, recognized for workplace accommodations, educational supports, and clinical referrals.
Your timeline, your pace
The intake is asynchronous — completed from home, at the pace that lets you be thorough. You can pause and return. Your clinical interview is scheduled only after your intake is complete, so the clinician already knows your history before you speak.
No Waitlist
$1,250 flat rate. No 12-month waitlist. The full process — intake through final report — is typically completed in 7 to 14 days. HSA/FSA accepted directly at checkout.
This evaluation is not about
confirming what you already suspect.
It is about answering the question your other evaluations couldn't.
Many adults arrive at this evaluation having already been through therapy, medication trials, and multiple diagnoses — anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout. Those frameworks may have helped with symptoms. They rarely answered the underlying question.

A Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation does something different. It doesn't ask whether you have anxiety. It asks why — and whether that anxiety is a response to navigating a world that wasn't designed for how your brain processes it.

If previous evaluations have felt too surface-level, or if you've been told you "don't seem autistic," this evaluation was designed for that exact presentation.
Specifically,
a NeuroClarity CDE:
-
Distinguishes autism from overlapping presentations — including ADHD, generalized anxiety, OCD, and burnout — using developmental history, not just current symptoms.

-
Evaluates masking directly — examining the gap between your external social performance and the internal cost of producing it. High verbal ability and strong social skills do not rule out autism here. They are part of what we assess

-
Produces a defensible clinical document — not a wellness summary, but a medical determination you can use with employers, schools, and future treatment providers.
The answer, in writing
Not a label. A clinical map.
Your evaluation concludes with a comprehensive written report — a clinical document prepared by your evaluating psychologist and delivered through your secure portal. The report includes:
-
Developmental Analysis — A structured review of your history across childhood, adolescence, and adulthood — tracing the patterns that clinical tools alone cannot capture. This is where context is built.

-
Differential Diagnosis — A formal assessment of how your presentation compares to, and differs from, other common diagnoses — anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and others. The goal is not to accumulate labels; it is to identify what is actually driving your experience.

-
Clinical Determination — A formal diagnostic conclusion on the autism question — stated clearly, with the clinical reasoning that supports it. The report includes differential diagnosis, distinguishing autism from overlapping presentations such as ADHD, anxiety, and burnout. If another condition was evident through the process, it will be noted. The evaluation is scoped to answer the autism question with rigor — not to cast a wide diagnostic net.

-
Strength-Based Profile — An analysis of how your specific neurological profile manifests — including the cognitive and sensory patterns that have shaped your functioning — framed as information rather than deficit.

-
Recommendations — Specific, calibrated guidance for your next steps — relevant to therapy, workplace accommodations, self-directed strategies, or further evaluation if warranted.
The report is written for you first — legible, reasoned, and specific to your history. It is also formatted to meet the standards required by employers, schools, and government agencies for official accommodations.
What makes this evaluation different.
No waitlist.
Most adults seeking a formal evaluation wait months before the process can begin. There is no waitlist here. The process starts when you are ready.

An intake designed for depth — completed on your terms.
Many intake processes rely on rigid, structured questionnaires — formats that don't allow you to expand, contextualize, or go deeper where it matters. Ours is a guided process you complete from home, on your own schedule, with the space to document your history with the detail it requires. Because your history is documented before the clinical interview, the clinician arrives prepared — and your time together is spent on what matters most.

A report written for you.
Your report is formatted to meet the standards required by employers, schools, and government agencies — and written to be legible and useful to you directly, not only to the institutions that receive it.
Clinicians trained for high-masking presentations.
Identifying autism in adults who have spent decades developing compensatory strategies requires specific clinical training. Generalist evaluators — however skilled — are not routinely trained to look past high verbal ability, professional functioning, or practiced social performance. This is a clinical specialization, and it is the focus of every evaluation conducted here.

A consistent clinical standard across the team.
Every evaluation at NeuroClarity is conducted under the same clinical methodology — reviewed and maintained by Dr. Turrietta regardless of which clinician works with you directly.
Clinical expertise built for the
presentation that's hardest to assess
The most common concern we hear from high-achieving adults entering evaluation is not about the process. It is this: "They'll see that I make eye contact and hold a job, and tell me I'm fine."

NeuroClarity was built around a clinical methodology specifically designed to see past that surface — one that Dr. Turrietta leads and that the clinical team continuously refines through practice.

Dr. Turrietta holds dual board certifications in clinical psychology and behavior analysis, and has led hundreds of adult autism evaluations — the majority of them involving individuals who had previously been assessed and missed. Her clinical focus is the gap between external performance and internal cost.
She is specifically trained in identifying autism in adults who have spent decades developing compensatory strategies — individuals whose verbal and social abilities have historically been used to rule out, rather than inform, the diagnostic picture.
She guides a select team of clinicians who are evaluated to the same standard. Whether you work with Dr. Turrietta directly or with one of her colleagues, your evaluation is conducted under the same clinical methodology. As a fluent Spanish speaker and proud member of the Chickasaw Nation, Dr. Turrietta brings a culturally responsive approach to every evaluation. Your background, lived context, and cultural experience are part of the clinical picture — not factors to be neutralized.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider to ensure we can offer the depth of care you deserve without insurance time limits. However, we provide a full medical "Superbill" (receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes. Our evaluations are qualified medical expenses. You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card directly at checkout.
Is this a real medical diagnosis?
Yes. You are being evaluated by a licensed Clinical Psychologist, not a coach or an algorithm. Your diagnosis is a formal medical determination recognized by schools, workplaces, and government agencies for accommodations.
I don't fit the "stereotype" of autism. Can you still help?
Absolutely. In fact, that is our specialty. We are specifically trained to identify high-masking presentations and understand how neurodivergence manifests in adults with successful careers and relationships.
Do you check for ADHD or other conditions?
Yes. While our primary focus is Autism, a robust evaluation must look at the whole person. We perform a "differential diagnosis" to explore co-occurring conditions like ADHD, anxiety, or burnout. If another condition better explains your experience, we will clarify that in your results.
Which states do you serve?
Currently, we are able to offer evaluation services in all US states except Alaska, California, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, and Oregon
If you are ready, the path is clear.
